How do I begin Online Banking with CSB?
Simply visit or call your local branch and fill out an application to begin. You can also download the application from the main menu above. Just print it, fill it out, and drop it by one of our locations. Once signed up you will be given a username and password. Visit the bank’s website, sign-in, and begin enjoying the convenience of online banking.
How do I know that my Online Banking transactions will be secure?
Whenever Online Banking is mentioned, the word “security” is usually not far behind. The bank has provided Online Banking with the latest advanced security options available. All data is encrypted with the latest technology. Furthermore, the bank has contracted with a technology company that is constantly working to ensure that your transactions are completely secure. When you see “https” at the beginning of the website address, this means that you are connecting to a secure site. If you are using Internet Explorer, you will see a padlock icon in the bottom right corner. Lastly, we may also require you to change your password periodically and to include numbers and letters in your password. These measures are all in place to maintain optimal security.
What features does Online Banking offer?
You will be able to access real-time information about your accounts any time of the day or night from any Internet connection. In addition, Online Banking offers:
- Real-time account balance for Checking, Savings, Certificate of Deposit, Money Market, & Loans
- View your account activity including posting date, type of transaction, check number, description, and amount of transaction
- Transaction history for checking and savings accounts
- Transfer funds between accounts
- Pay bills online and setup recurring payments
- Download account history to Microsoft Money or Excel.
- Transfer funds from a credit line to your checking or savings account
- Access your loan information including interest rate, payment due date, payment amount, balance, payoff amount, & available credit amount

What if I forget my password?
No problem. Simply contact us, and a representative can quickly reset your password. Now you can reset your password online yourself. Simply login with your user name and click continue. Once you get to the area where you enter your password, click on the link below that says "forgot your password?". After clicking the link, you will be asked a few questions to verify who you are and if authenticated you will have the option to reset your password.
How do I change my password?
After logging in to Online Banking, click on the Change Password link. Type your new password in the boxes, and click Submit. Your password will be changed immediately. The passwords are case sensitive and must be at least 6 characters with a combination of letters, symbols, and numbers. We suggest that you choose something that is not easily guessed by anyone.
Is there a limit to the number of transfers between my savings and checking account?
Yes. Federal regulations limit the number of transfers from a savings account to a checking account to six per month. This includes transfers via phone, overdraft protection, & other transfers.
My spouse and I have separate accounts. Can we access each other’s account in Online Banking?
Yes, you can link the accounts as long as both parties agree. Contact your bank representative to set this up. You will then be able to use your unique usernames to access each other’s account information and transfer funds between accounts.
